No, you can order from our shop without logging in.

Is the item in stock?

All products at One of Your Kind are in stock. The delivery time may vary, but is listed at each productpage.

How do I leave a message to the designer? 

If you need to leave a message to the designer, you can do it in the message box at designers profile page.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is free! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

When do I receive my order?

All items are shipped directly from our vendors. You will receive an update with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your goods within the expected time, please contact customer service. To be able to help you track your order, we need to know which product you are lacking and your order number (find in your order confirmation).

Why do I receive several packages?

If you’ve ordered multiple items from different designers, they will arrive separately. If you have ordered from several designers, you will also receive several packages.

What payment methods do you accept?

We want to make purchasing from oneofyourkind.com as easy as possible so we offer such payment methods as credit cards, debit cards and Paypal.

Why can’t I pay with my credit card? 

Make sure that you have chosen the right type of credit card and that you have entered all the information correctly. Make sure that your credit card  accepts online purchases. Please contact your bank for assistance. You can always pay with PayPal.

Orders & Returns

Has my order been registered?

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after purchase. If you have received an order confirmation the order has has been registered and your goods will be sent within the specified time.If you have not received an order confirmation, and you do not find it in your spam filter, your order has probably not been registered. Please contact us if you are unsure

When my order will be ready?

Almost all our products are one of a kind and are made special for you. Production time for each product is listed on the product detail page.

Why can’t I make an order on the website?

Can I cancel/return my purchase?

Yes, according to Latvian law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Please contact customer service to get the address where the product should be returned to. When the designer has received the product and approved the condition of it, we will refund you the total amount of your purchase.
Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs for the return. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By placing an order with One of Your Kind, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to One of Your Kind. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Can I cancel my purchase of a custom made product?

According to Latvian law, products that are personalised, special made or customised after your requirements are generally non-refundable. It is the designers responsibility to inform the customer at the product page if a product is non-refundable.
